TextTrack class for `SGA <http://ccg.vital-it.ch/chipseq/sga_specs.html>`_ files (extension ".sga"). 

Fields are::

    ['chr','start','end','name','strand','counts']

Chromosome names are automatically converted to refseq ids if the assembly attribute is specified.
